Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right at any time to alter these terms and conditions. As a visitor to Sussex Reptiles it is your responsibility to ensure you are familiar with our most current
version of these terms and conditions.

Delivery

Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. Please note that your goods may be sent to you in instalments.

Live reptiles will be delivered by courier next day delivery before 10am and will need a signature, please make sure someone is home to receive the animal.

Please note that when products are shipped internationally, you should be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Supply of Goods:

It may on occasion be, that due to circumstances beyond our control, Sussex Reptiles are not able to guarantee the supply of goods. The acknowledgment generated to a customer at the time an order is placed is confirmation only of the details given by the customer and is not an acceptance of the order. Prices may change at any time or goods may not currently be available. Should this be the case Sussex Reptiles will contact the customer by e-mail, fax or telephone within 4 working days to apprise them of the situation and they will be given the option to cancel. As some goods are delivered direct from the manufacturer there may be instances where we process an order but find that the goods are not available. Should this occur the customer will be contacted immediately to resolve the matter. Sussex Reptiles apologises in advance should such action be necessary.


Returns

Sussex Reptiles wants you to be happy with your purchases from us but please choose your products carefully as we do not send out products on approval.

If you are for any reason unhappy with your order please contact one of our sales team on orders@sussexreptiles.co.uk and we will do our best to rectify the problem. Please quote your order number, product description and brief explanation.

We regret to inform you that we can not offer or give refunds on any type of aquarium, stand or cabinet which has been delivered and accepted unless the item is damaged beyond repair. If a cabinet has been damaged in transit and has been signed for and accepted, we will despatch a replacement panel or part. Under UK law you are responsible for any costs incurred returning products to us. Under the same act, we are responsible for the cost of returning repaired or replacement goods to you. When we receive returned goods we will inspect them for missing or damaged parts. Under UK trading laws we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund due to you, for the whole value of the missing, damaged or consumable item.

All DOA'S or other problems must be notified to us within 24hrs for credit.  Exchanges or credits will not be considered if notification is after 24 hours of receipt.
