These frogs do grow to rather large sizes- 6-10" depending on gender, although males tend to be quite a bit smaller than females. They are generally about as wide as they are long, so are quite hefty for a frog. Their appetite matches their size, and they will pretty much eat anything that moves. Despite the size, they do not require extremely large systems because they are rather sedentary. The downside to this is that they are not a highly active pet, unless they are feeding. So if you enjoy a lot of activity and interaction from your pets, these are not for you.
